Glamorous New Years Eve Wedding Party
Tea and Prosecco were on tap during the Bridal preparations whilst hair and make-up artists styled away. Sparkly purple Louboutin characteristically red soled shoes and a beautiful classic bridal dress lay waiting for the party to start.
Moira’s dad greeted her with a big bear hug & wearing a smile. Many of the brides family crossed the Irish Sea from Northern Ireland for this special day. Moira arrived at the church in a characterful Morris Eight.
Hatherlow Church
The wedding ceremony was held at Hatherlow Church, Marple where Moira & Greg’s baby daughter Edie joined in the celebration.
A heady mix of Guinness, mulled wine & New Year’s Eve atmosphere meant the celebrations started early for Moira & Greg’s wedding in the Spread Eagle next door to the church. A short coach ride away the Wedding Breakfast was waiting for everyone at The Crown Hawk Green.
Cheese Cake
Back onto the party bus which delivered the wedding guests to Marple Cricket & Squash Club. Greg is a keen cricketer at the club and persuaded the management to allow them to hold their Wedding Reception there on New Years Eve.
The unusual wedding cake was constructed from huge rounds of distinctively fragrant cheese.
New Years Eve 2018
The happy couple were encouraged by their guests to perform their First Dance. The dance floor was soon invaded by a marauding army of the revelers looking to celebrate the union of Moira & Greg combined with New Year 2018 celebrations.
