Summer Wrenbury Hall Wedding Photography

7th August 2021

Emily and Sam, like a lot of couples, have had an interesting journey to finally get to their wedding celebration. Last year, when weddings were first allowed to go ahead, they snook in and had a small intimate wedding at St Mary’s Church in Nantwich with just 11 of their family and close friends. This was a lovely wedding but nothing on the scale of their celebration a year and a month later.

With bridal prep at the stunning Wrenbury Hall, the boys got ready at the couples home, starting with bacon butties and helping each other with ties, handcuffs and buttonholes, then off for a swift pint at The Cheshire Cat and onto the church. With 107 guests this year, the church looked a lot fuller and colourful with lots and lots of fascinators and hats!

After their church blessing, we all headed outside, with a procession of umbrellas as the weather wasn’t playing ball, where we did a long line of guests throwing confetti everywhere… even all over us!

Back at the stunning Wrenbury Hall, the slightly soggy guests were greeted with a smile and helping hand by Pete the Master of Ceremonies. After some well-earned canopies and refreshments and a chance to catch up with family and friends, it was time for the Wedding Breakfast and speeches. The cake was a beautiful 4 tier cake with a hexagon base and decorated with fresh heather, to match the honey theme of the day.

Emily and Sam’s first dance was quickly followed by some great dance floor moves as everyone really enjoyed the wedding celebrations. After the evening hot buffet of a selection of curries, we headed outside for the sparkler tunnel which is a lovely way to end a really lovely day. Wedding celebrations done!!
