Sally and Paul didn’t ask a lot for their wedding day – “We are just happy if it doesn’t rain!” they said. Well, what did they get …… a perfect backdrop for Rossett Hall with blue skies stretching as far as the eye could see and a max of 20C, just perfect….. scorchio!!
Destined to be together!
As an extremely creative pair with a passion for theatre and music, it is clear that Sally and Paul were destined to be together from an early age. This same passion took centre stage for their wedding day, with their favourite musicals heading each table and the colour purple showing up just about everywhere!
Ice Cream Creations – Yum!
Entertainment for the day was well in hand, with friends of the happy couple keeping everyone cool with some unique ice cream creations, all served from the cutest Vintage Ice Cream trailer. Meanwhile, a mind-blowing magician was doing the rounds, working the tables and wowing the guests with his sleight of hand and funny banter.
An emotional family affair
My favourite chat of the day was with James, Paul’s son, a truly amazing young man. He said that ‘they’, (Sally, Paul and himself included), have been waiting for their day for so long and were so happy that it had finally arrived. And what a day worth waiting for – a true family affair filled with bucketloads of emotion!
